ABOUT ME

MY STORY

Since 2010, Virginia has been immersed in the diverse, evolving content creation world. Never confining herself to one type of media, she’s built a reputation for understanding what a brand or client needs, and developing a story that amplifies that.

From writing and editing to on-set creative direction and creating marketing materials, Virginia has experience across the board. She’s characterized as nimble, thoughtful, and scrappy and is able to understand data and user/customer feedback for even more in tune, effective creation.

Virginia has worked with brands like Nickelodeon, SYFY Network, NBC, The Voice, Healthline, and Babylist. Additionally, she’s helped build branding and create content for smaller organizations and most notably, the Expectful App, where she served as Head of Content, ultimately helping the app get acquired by Babylist, a popular universal baby registry. She has created countless on-air productions, multimedia courses, social ads and marketing collateral, on-the-ground interviewing, meditations, full cross-channel tentpole campaigns, and so. much. more.

Virginia’s professional concentrations have historically been agile and complex, easily pivoting between brand and voice. She has experience working in women’s health, children’s programming, pop culture, sports, food and beverage, fitness, fertility, STEM, secondary education, and tourism. She is open to expanding this list, so don’t hesitate to reach out and see if you’re passions align.

LOCATION & PERSONAL

Virginia grew up in a small town in central Kentucky, and loves to talk all things sports, bourbon, and travel. She spent 12 years living in New York City and Nashville, ultimately settling in Lexington, KY with her husband and two children. She is open to all forms of working environments (remote, in-office, hybrid), understandably dependent upon the location of the client/brand.
